Academic Achievements
Outstanding performance on the track is second in importance to outstanding accomplishments in the classroom. All Maryland Titan athletes must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average in order to practice and compete with the team, but many of our athletes go far beyond that expectation.
For the 2007 season, 18 of our athletes achieved a 3.0 or better GPA for entire school year.
Of those scholar-athletes, three athletes received all A's (with the allowance for one B) for the entire school year, in addition to practicing and competing with the Titans.
Congratulations on these outstanding academic achievements!
